La misión de Circle es “Servir a los Desatendidos” al conectar a los operadores y empleados de pequeñas y medianas empresas para permitirles crecer juntos en las comunidades.

Circle Global, Inc. (la “Compañía”) se compromete a mantener sólidas protecciones de privacidad para sus usuarios. Nuestra Política de Privacidad (“Política de Privacidad”) está diseñada para ayudarle a entender cómo recopilamos, usamos y protegemos la información que nos proporciona y para asistirte en la toma de decisiones informadas al usar nuestro Servicio. Al acceder a nuestra Aplicación o a nuestro Servicio, aceptas nuestra Política de Privacidad y el Acuerdo de Usuario (encontrado en www.circle.net), y consientes nuestra recopilación, almacenamiento, uso y divulgación de tu Información Personal como se describe en esta Política de Privacidad.

1.  Eligibility, Parental Consent, and Supervision.

You may not use the Application if you are under 13 years old. If you are between ages 13 and 17, you may only use the Application with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal  guardian. By permitting your use, your parent/guardian expressly agrees to be bound by the Company’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy on your behalf. The parent or legal guardian who consents to and supervises the Account is responsible for all activity on the Account, including all purchases described in Section 8, and is treated as agreeing to the User Agreement on the minor's behalf.

 

2.  Profile Visibility and Job Applications.

Personal and sensitive information is shared with an Employer only when you affirmatively apply to a job through the Application, whether individually or in bulk through AI Apply.

This rule applies to all users; for users ages 13-17, additional protections apply to sensitive information, as described in Section 4 and in the Privacy Policy.

Once transmitted to an Employer, your application materials and related information may be retained by that Employer in its systems. Company cannot withdraw, delete, or alter information already transferred. If you have questions about how an Employer handles your information, you should contact the Employer directly.

These protections concern your candidate profile and your job-application activity. They do not change how community features work: if you choose to submit a workplace review, post, comment, listing, or other User-Posted Content, that content is governed by the User Agreement, including its Acceptable Use Policy, in the same way as for other users. You should review the User Agreement before submitting User-Posted Content, and you should not include personal information about yourself or others in User-Posted Content that you would not want to be publicly visible.

  

3. AI Features and Disclaimers. (full information available in the User Agreement)

Circle's automated features ("AI Tools") may assist with: 

· Generating resumes and other application materials and/or information;

· Completing and submitting job applications, including answering employer questionnaires, assessments, and similar questions;

· Submitting job applications on your behalf, individually or in bulk ("AI Apply"); and

· Responding on your behalf to Employer follow-up communications, including interview invitations and scheduling.

While Circle strives to represent your information accurately, AI Tools and AI Apply outputs may contain errors, omissions, or incomplete information. AI Tools may also summarize, condense, or omit information when generating materials on your behalf or when presenting communications from Employers – for example, by selecting the most relevant parts of your work history for a particular job, or by showing only some of the interview times an Employer offers. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted or used. Company disclaims liability for any inaccuracies, omissions, or misrepresentations in AI-assisted applications, materials, forms, or responses, and for missed updates, delayed responses, failures to transmit, or other issues beyond what is reasonably within its control.

 Company does not guarantee that you are legally eligible to work in any role. If you are under 18, certain jobs may be restricted under applicable child labor laws. Company does not make hiring decisions. All employment decisions rest solely with Employers.

 

4.  Sensitive Information.

Some Employers may request information such as race/ethnicity, gender, disability or veteran status, character or personality assessments, or eligibility for government hiring incentives (e.g., WOTC, SNAP, TANF, conviction history). This sensitive information:

· Will only be transmitted to an Employer if you affirmatively apply to that Employer's job, including through AI Apply;

· Is encrypted in transit and at rest, and cannot be accessed in human-readable form by Circle, except as strictly necessary to transmit to Employers at your direction or to comply with applicable law;

· Is never used by Circle for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or recommendations;

· May be reviewed, updated, or deleted at any time in your Account settings or by contacting support@circle.net.

 

5.  Legal Work Restrictions.

Federal and state labor laws may limit the jobs or work hours available to users under 18. You and your parent/guardian are responsible for ensuring you apply only to jobs you are legally permitted to perform.

  

6.  Parent/Guardian Rights. 

Parents and guardians of users ages 13-17 have the right to:

· Review their child's personal information;

· Correct or update their child's information;

· Request deletion of their child's account and data; and

· Request a refund of purchases made on the Account – including purchases of application credits or other virtual items that have already been used – through the applicable app store's or platform's refund process, which Company will not contest (see Section 8).

Parents/guardians may exercise these rights by using the Delete Account function in the Application (Profile > Settings > Additional Settings>Delete Account) or by contacting us at support@circle.net. Refund requests must be submitted through the applicable app store's or platform's refund process.

 

7.  Privacy Commitments.

Circle does not "sell" or "share" (as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws) the personal information of users ages 13–17, and does not use it for targeted advertising, behavioral advertising, or automated profiling. Sensitive information is never used by Circle for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or recommendations. Circle applies strict technical and organizational safeguards to protect all minor user data.

8.  ​Paid Plans and Purchases. 

The Application offers paid plans, including subscriptions and one-time purchases, and lets users obtain virtual items used to apply to jobs in-app (for example, "Swipe” and "Blast"). Full terms are in the User Agreement, Section 4.

In-app purchase only. If you are a user age 13-17, you may purchase paid plans and virtual items only through the in-app purchase system of the app store or platform you used to get the Application (for example, the Apple App Store or Google Play). You may not use any other payment method, even if other payment methods are later made available to adult users.

Parent/guardian responsibility. The parent or legal guardian who consents to and supervises the Account is responsible for all activity on the Account, including all purchases, and agrees to the payment terms in the User Agreement on the minor's behalf.

Refunds. If you are a user age 13-17, or the parent or legal guardian of one, and you want a refund of a purchase made on the Account, you may request it through the refund process of the app store or platform you used. Company will not contest a refund request made through that process by or on behalf of a user age 13-17 – including a request to refund application credits or other virtual items that have already been used. This is in addition to any rights you or your parent or guardian have under the law, including any right to cancel or undo (disaffirm) a purchase. Because refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the app store or platform, the timing and exact steps are set by that store or platform.

Virtual items have no cash value. Application credits and other virtual items are a limited license to use features of the Application. They are not money, are not a gift card or stored-value product, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money, except where the law requires otherwise.
